TVS Motor Company has marked a major milestone by celebrating 20 years of the Apache series with the launch of special edition variants of its popular models – the Apache RTR 160 4V and the Apache RTR 200 4V. The launch took place on September 6, 2025, making it a historic day for the Apache brand, which has grown into one of India’s most loved performance motorcycle lineups since its debut in 2005.
What’s Special About the 20th Anniversary Editions?
The special edition bikes are designed to blend heritage, performance, and modern technology. TVS has equipped both models with Class-D LED projector headlamps and sharp Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs), giving them a distinct and aggressive front look.
A key highlight is the 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with TVS SmartXonnect. This system supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and voice assist, making these motorcycles highly advanced for their segment. Riders can also monitor performance stats directly on the screen, enhancing the sporty appeal.
For safety and performance, both motorcycles now get a Traction Control System (TCS), dual-channel ABS, and an assist & slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts. TVS has also introduced new anniversary liveries and premium finishes, making these editions visually striking.
